**The responsibilities of the position include but are not limited to**:

- Communicating daily with Residents, Homeowners, Boards of Directors, Staff, and others.
- Creating and presenting detailed Management Reports reflecting ongoing activity.
- Attendance at evening Board Meetings.
- Managing work orders and maintenance logs.
- Creating and administering annual budgets.
- Reviewing and interpreting the Residential Tenancy and Condominium Act as well as other governing documents.

Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
