Supply Planner

As a member of the planning team, you are the bridge between our merchandise planning and our

production teams, ensuring that we are always looking ahead to ensure we have the production

capacity and materials on hand to support our inventory plans, considering constraints. Your goal is to

match our purchases as closely as possible to our inventory targets.
- Translate demand plans into purchase plans, based on production lead times, inventory levels,

transit lead times, minimum order quantities, factory capacity, and desired safety stock levels
- Provide the production team with PO quantities for purchase to allow for timely placement
- Partner with the merchants and merch planning team to take decisions around under or over

building when faced with constraints
- Provide production team with future purchase plans looking 12+ months ahead, to support

planning for factory capacity and appropriate raw material inventory
- Prepare relevant information for informed decision making and communicate complex

information to key stakeholders by presenting clearly and concisely in S&OP reviews
- Create fabric projections and commitment based on forward-looking purchase plans
- Partner with production team to monitor actual delivery (RFD) against requested delivery and

ensure appropriate production leads times are negotiated and built into plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate go to market timelines to support new

product launch and seasonal sales targets.
- Provide scenarios and projections of future inventory positions and reconciliation against the

company’s financial goals
- Participate in implementation, testing and continual improvement of planning tools
- Work closely with other members of the planning team to monitor product availability and

track planning factors influencing in-stock levels with the objectives of improving service to customers

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
