Supply Planner

Ace Beverage Group is looking for a Supply Planner in our Vancouver office With a commitment to excellence and innovation, we aim to deliver exceptional products while maintaining best in class supply chain practices. We're seeking a curious and detail-oriented individual to be an essential part of the operations that support our iconic brands. **Responsibilities**: - Monitoring stock levels and approaching liquor boards to order more when appropriate. - Liaising with key contacts from the BCL, AGLC, & SLGA and independent liquor operators on any issues, concerns, upcoming programming etc. - Entering orders into Netsuite as they come in and coordinating pickup appointments appropriately, including following up with carriers if pickups get missed. - Fulfilling orders in Netsuite in a timely manner to ensure month-end financial reporting is on time - Coordinating product moves from our various warehouses to help out with upcoming production, or moving product to the office for other team members. - Proactively identify any stock issues and discuss upcoming production with the Operations team to ensure we are properly stocked, closing inventory gaps - Work cross functionally with the sales and marketing teams to inform them of warehouse supply, and product availability for samplings. - Work with the finance team to help ensure orders are fulfilled and invoiced appropriately. - Support in finished goods reconciliations for month-end as needed. **Job Requirements and Competencies** - Bachelor’s degree - Similar experience in operations roles is an asset - Strong attention to detail and an aptitude for numbers. - Excellent organizational skills to manage operations records efficiently - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software - Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude - A passion for learning and making an impact **Perks** - Comprehensive Extended Health and Dental Benefits - Employee Health and Wellness Spending Account (eligible expenses include gym memberships, sports equipment, learning and development, daycare, etc.) - 3 weeks vacation - Company phone and enrolment into company phone plan, all paid for by the company, or phone allowance - Corporate discounts and giveaways with partners - Monthly product allowance - Parking available - Amazing team and innovation-driven company All ABG employees participate in quarterly innovation days to pitch new product ideas and have a say in product development Curious about what it’s like to work at Ace Beverage Group?
