**Job description**

La Senza is looking for a Co-Manager to join our team in Vaughan, ON. This position is responsible for the overall management of the store and the financial success of the business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a strategic plan to increase sales and profitability
- Oversee operations and personnel to ensure quality customer service
- Ensure that all products are merchandised appropriately and in accordance with company standards
- Ensure that all products are stored properly and in accordance with company standards
- Oversee inventory control and maintain a healthy supply of product
- Oversee merchandising, pricing, and other aspects of the store to ensure success in the marketplace
- Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members to achieve company standards
- Coordinate with management regarding employee issues
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding business operations

**Required Skills**:

- Proven work experience as a Retail Manager, store manager, or similar role (2 years minimum)
- Able to lead a team of associates
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills; ability to motivate and inspire team members to reach goals.
- Excellent communication skills; ability to participate in cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel).
