Let It Flow Exteriors is a family-owned and operated business specializing in the installation of siding (vinyl and James Hardie), soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, and faux stone. We work on primarily renovation projects throughout Parkland County and Lac Ste. Anne County.

We are currently looking for **hardworking and motivated individuals** who are interested in learning the trade and building a long-term career with us. **What We're Looking For**:
You don’t need to have years of experience, we’re willing to train the right person, but you must be dependable, willing to learn, and ready to work in outdoor conditions. A positive attitude and strong work ethic matter most.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist lead installers with the installation of siding, soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, and faux stone
- Help maintain a clean and safe job site
- Load and unload materials
- Use basic hand tools safely and efficiently
- Follow direction and ask questions when unsure

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials
- Comfortable working on ladders and scaffolding
- Willing to work outdoors in all safe weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to job sites
- Not afraid of heights
- Punctual and reliable

**Assets (Nice to Have, But Not Required)**:

- Fall Protection Certification
- Elevated Work Platform Certification
- First Aid & AED

**Important Notes**:

- Work is primarily in **Parkland County and Lac Ste. Anne County**:

- This is an **entry-level position** with room to grow — perfect for someone looking to start a career in trades
- You must be willing to show up, work hard, and learn

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
