**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Production & Operations Support**: Collaborate with the operations team to oversee production lines, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards, and resolve production issues to maintain efficiency.
- **Recruitment & Onboarding**: Lead recruitment efforts, handle the onboarding process, and coordinate interviews, employee orientation, training, and documentation.
- **Document Creation & Management**: Assist in developing, updating, and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs), the Employee Handbook, policies, job descriptions, and other process-related documents.
- **Audits & Quality Control**: Conduct product and process audits to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations. Support initiatives to continuously improve production quality.
- **Inventory Management**: Perform weekly inventory counts for pallets and lumber, manage inventory levels, and ensure accuracy to prevent stock discrepancies.
- **Employee Relations**: Engage with employees on the warehouse floor to gather feedback, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to employee retention strategies.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and suggest opportunities for process optimization to improve overall operational efficiency.
- **Employee Satisfaction**: Design and manage employee satisfaction surveys to enhance workplace culture and address areas of concern.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in **Human Resources** and/or **employee management** is essential.
- Strong **organizational and time management skills** with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Comfortable working in a **fast-paced, dynamic warehouse environment** with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
- Knowledge of **inventory management** and familiarity with production and quality control audits.
- **Computer proficiency** and general software knowledge (MS Office, inventory management software, etc.).
- Strong **communication skills** for interacting with employees, supervisors, and management.
- Able to **lift products for audits and inventory checks** as needed.
- Access to a vehicle to go between buildings (fuel allowance available).

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
