Maintenance Technician

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform hands-on maintenance and repair of equipment, including Viking, RDS, USL machines, paint machines, and conveyor belts. Ensure all machinery operates efficiently with mínimal downtime.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve maintenance-related issues promptly and efficiently. Implement preventive maintenance measures to minimize equipment downtime.
- **Parts Management**: Assist in managing inventory and ordering necessary parts and supplies, ensuring maintenance tasks can be completed without delay.
- **Safety Compliance**: Conduct all maintenance activities in accordance with safety regulations and company policies. Promote a safe working environment.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date maintenance records, schedules, and documentation. Follow established maintenance procedures and protocols.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Identify opportunities for improving maintenance processes and procedures. Implement best practices to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in a hands-on maintenance role.
- Welding techniques.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Knowledge of parts ordering.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance.
- Can-do attitude and willingness to take responsibility.
- Knowledgeable of PLC programming will be considered an asset.

**Working Conditions**:

- Full-time position.
- May require overtime or weekend work to address urgent maintenance issues.
- Work in a production environment.
