**Summary**

We are seeking a Front Office Supervisor(Manager duty) to join our team at Staybridge Suites. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and managing a team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

**Responsibilities**
- Manage daily front office operations, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Lead and train front desk staff to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of room availability and reservations.
- Implement hotel policies and procedures to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest needs are met.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hotel management or front office operations.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Familiarity with phone systems and front desk software is beneficial.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing a team.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
