**Reports to**: Production Manager

**1. **Responsibilities**:

- Maintain excellent attendance record
- Storage and preparation of paint products
- Calculate and maintain levels of paint supply and related consumables
- Operate and maintain paint related equipment and tools effectively i.e. sprayers, nozzles, paint booth, etc.
- Receive and follow work instructions and material priority status
- Interpret drawings and sketches to determine and verify product finish
- Application of primer to finished steel product using dip and spray methods as required
- Ensure quality of finish on primed material to meet customer requirements
- Safe operation of overhead crane for material movement

**2. **Requirements/Qualifications**
- Knowledge of paint and proper procedure of paint and painting
- Knowledge of chemicals and proper steps for mixing and clean up
- Must have good time management skills
- Must be physically fit and able to lift 50 lbs. and be on feet for long periods
- Able to work independently or as part of a team
- Ability to speak, read, write and understand English clearly
- Possess problem solving skills

**3. **Health & Safety Responsibilities**:

- Active participation in company safety program

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
