**Job Summary**

Morskate Manufacturing is currently looking to expand our workforce and hire a full-time Agricultural Drafter who is experienced in back barn Agricultural steel fabrication. We require a minimum of 1 year experience working with TEKLA, and it is preferable to have experience with SOLIDWORKS/AutoCad as well.

We are looking for someone who has strong work ethic, is able to handle a fast-paced environment, is able to meet deadlines and work under pressure, is self-proficient and self-motivated when it comes to completing tasks, is dependable and punctual for their shifts, is detail-oriented and is able to work with a team of people, and has strong communication skills. Must be able to incorporate construction knowledge into drafting to produce precise and feasible plans.
