**PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR**
- Abbotsford
**PROPERTY ADMINISTRATOR - CORE RESPONSIBILITIES**
The Property Administrator will be responsible for assisting Property Managers (strata and/or rental) with day to day administrative functions for a manageable portfolio of properties, as follows:
- Document preparation, editing, formatting
- Day to day administrative functions to support property managers
- Create correspondence/memos
- Formatting/Editing meeting minutes
- Annual and Special General Meeting notices
- Posting to online website portals
- Calendar management
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- High attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Proficient in MS Office Applications (primarily Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Computer skills
- Customer service oriented
- Able to solve problems, and work well independently, under direction
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to multitask, and work under time constraints
- Experience with Yardi, Buildium and/or Condo Manager is a bonus
