Opportunity

A Notary office in Abbotsford is looking for an intermediate to senior level residential conveyancer to join their small dynamic team

**Responsibilities**:

- Reviewing contracts, title searches, and other legal documents associated with conveyancing files.
- Preparing and managing residential sale, purchase, mortgage, and refinance files, handling tasks from file opening to final reporting and closure.
- Communicating with clients, sellers, buyers, financial institutions, legal professionals, brokers, and other stakeholders.
- Providing training and guidance to new or learning team members in a supportive and efficient manner.
- Performing additional administrative duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a legal assistant, with expertise in residential real estate transactions.
- Proficiency in using Prosuite.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $40,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
