Reporting into the Sr Director, Digital Marketing, the role will play a hands-on role in developing and leading Boston Pizza digital marketing activities in Canada.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Build custom landing page experiences within AEM
- Support Take-Out & Delivery (TOD) Manager to achieve conversion goals through custom online experiences that drive online purchase
- Leverage keyword, industry and competitive research to inform content strategies
- Ensure SEO best practices are implemented on current and new website tactics
- Partner in bringing new digital awareness & engagement activations to life, and help identify opportunities for enhanced guest experiences across all digital and in-restaurant channels
- Provide analysis and insight on campaign metrics and digital channel trends
- Review projects for fiscal responsibility, ensuring a balance between cost and quality of delivery
- Guest promotion of digital properties in-store, online and offline (note - this does not encompass responsibility for social or digital media associated with our marketing campaigns)
- Keep abreast of digital and e-commerce best practices and innovations, monitor trends and competitive actions to inform future plans
**Key Partnerships**
- Partner with sports, menu, social, TOD, regional and national marketing teams, to bring key initiatives and food messaging to life on our digital properties
- Collaborate with IT / UX to align on website and app enhancements
- Increase up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within our e-commerce platforms
- Drive data capture to feed our loyalty program
- Improve both dine-in traffic and take-out & delivery conversions
- Manage relationship with digital marketing agency and SEO agency
**Background Experience**:
- Minimum 3-5 years of industry experience in digital marketing, ideally gained in retail or B2C
- Adobe or comparable platform working experience
- A proven ability to translate the overall brand strategy into digital marketing plans and articulate the vision/plan in an approachable manner
- Working knowledgeable of best-in-class digital technologies, techniques and processes
- Experience in a variety of digital marketing elements (e-commerce, landing page design, app development, digital signage, online customer experiences, SEO)
- Demonstrated ability to integrate across functional areas within an organization
- Experience within a Franchise organization would be an asset
- Proven ability to manage in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
