**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement innovative menu items that reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences.
- Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage inventory and ordering, minimizing waste and controlling food costs.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper maintenance of all kitchen equipment.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food preparation to ensure consistent quality and presentation.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar role within the food industry.
- **Minimum 3 years of experience in an Indian kitchen, specifically in Tandoor.**:

- Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of food handling, hygiene, and kitchen safety practices.
- Creativity in menu development and strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Pay: $17.39-$31.39 per hour
