**Mission**:
Reporting to the Manager, Workforce Management Technology, the Scheduling Systems Associate will support the deployment of new functionality in Revera’s employee scheduling tool.

**Key Outcomes**:

- Master Schedules (Schedule Templates) are correctly created in the scheduling system following details in offline copies
- Effective and helpful client support and troubleshooting is provided to scheduling clients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data entry to create multiple versions of Schedule Templates in the scheduling tool
- Test the functionality of new templates
- Communicate with clients to clarify requirements; and
- Develop a strong understanding of Revera’s employee scheduling tool to:

- support deployment of new functionality of the technology; and
- provide end-user support.
- Support clients by answering end-user questions.

**Required Education, Credentials and Experience**:

- In progress or successful completion of a Human Resources Degree or Diploma
- Experience using Kronos/UKG products or experience working with employee schedules is preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively with others, creating partnerships with colleague in Human Resources and Operations
- Ability to be proactive and organize and prioritize
- Ability to review and compare data for accuracy, completeness and consistency
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and problem-solving skills.
