**How You’ll Make a Difference**

Our clients are our number one priority at Litco Law, and we are always striving to find new ways to support their needs. The Client Solutions team is responsible for making that first connection with potential clients and ensuring that every interaction with us is positive right from day one.

The **Client Solutions Specialist** is a dedicated member of our Client Solutions department. We rely on them to complete intake calls with compassion and focus, fully explaining the services of the firm and capturing details about the injury incident before scheduling and completing in-person consultations.

**You Will**:

- Complete initial calls to prospective clients and establish trust and confidence in our company's services
- Obtain accurate basic demographic information, information about the incident and relevant insurance details
- Update all prospects' information into the firm's systems - properly record all data pertaining to each client
- Schedule a suitable time for an intake consultation meeting, or preliminary screening call, as required
- Complete intake consultations with potential new clients and provide full explanation of our firm’s services
- Ensure all required information is obtained from the potential client to adequately assess the potential of the claim and, where possible, recommend acceptance or refer out decision
- Provide Lawyer with all relevant information for the meeting
- Be available to assist other departments with ongoing client communications to ensure smooth transition to the next phase of firm process

**Who You Are**:

- Have 1+ year(s) experience in auto claims adjusting (preferred)
- Are enthusiastic about office culture, and can easily build strong relationships internally and externally with clients
- Can handle sensitive situations that require empathy, tact, and confidentiality in all client interactions
- Have exceptional attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Are open to change and continuous improvement
- Work efficiently and with integrity under pressure
- Can think outside the box and be creative in resolving client concerns
