We are looking for a Solutions Specialist to join our team. As a Solutions Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technology projects for our clients, ranging from small businesses to large enterprises. You will work closely with other team members and our clients to ensure that the solutions meet their requirements and expectations, and align with industry best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Project Implementation: Design, install, configure, and troubleshoot network infrastructure, server infrastructure, and cloud services and solutions. You will have the opportunity to work on various technologies and vendors, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, Aruba, and more.
- Security and Compliance: Implement robust security measures and adhere to compliance requirements for network environments. Design and configure network security and monitoring solutions to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role, with a history of successful project implementation.
- Dedication to customer service and experience
- Knowledge of cloud platforms, such as Microsoft 365, Azure, and more.
- Experience with networking concepts and protocols.
- Proficiency in security and compliance features and tools.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to stand up scalable and secure network solutions.
- Excited about opportunities to travel within Canada
- Valid Class 5 license and vehicle
