**ABOUT THE JOB**

As the **Emergency Technician**, you will report to the Project Manager and play a vital role in the restoration process. Following the receipt of a claim, you will work attending to water, fire, and smoke damage claims. This position will require the ability to operate on 24-hour emergency call rotation(s). On call/overtime is required, at least one week per month.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Performing Flood-related tasks, such as completing general demolition, removing construction materials, flood/water extraction, content manipulation and drywall cuts.
- Following all company policies and standards including health and safety policies and procedures.
- Excellent customer service to external and internal customers
- Dealing with a changing work environment on a daily basis
- Completing the necessary documentation related to a job, including photographs, measurements and written reports.
- Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as emergency may arise at any time.
- A willingness to assist and learn different departmental tasks related to the restoration process.

This position is a full-time, permanent position. Our office is located in Delta and you will be working with clients in the Vancouver area. A valid Driver's License would be an asset.
