Job Title: Light Duty Cleaner - Fulltime, Parttime, Temporary Contract

Location: Nanaimo, BC

Wage: $19.41

About the Role:

We're looking for reliable, conscientious individuals with who take pride in shiny clean spaces and to support our client by providing an essential service – keeping their workforce safe.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Disinfecting all high touch point areas
• Sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming
• Cleaning building common areas, hallways, lobbies, bathrooms, elevators, etc.
• Collect and dispose of trash in garbage containers on a regular basis
• Spot cleaning walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches and windowsills
• Cleaning washrooms and check and replenish supplies when needed

You have:

• Experience with heavy cleaning machinery is not required, but considered an asset
• Motivation and a willingness to work + learn
• Be eligible to obtain applicable security clearance(s)
• Knowledge of WHMIS is not required, but considered an asset
