Qualifications Education & Experience Graduation from a recognized 12 month program in cooking plus two years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.Successful completion of Food Safe I & II.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to communicate effectively both verbally and in writingAbility to deal with others effectivelyPhysical ability to carry out the duties of the positionAbility to SuperviseAbility to organize workAbility to operate related equipment.
