Responsibilities: Schedule appointments and visit existing and potential customers to review product needs and determine other opportunitiesManage and grow current customers in the territoryDeliver excellent customer service while meeting the needs of all customersWork diligently with fellow staff at the store, region, and organization levels to find the right solution for our customerBuild customer loyalty through continuous innovation, becoming a trusted advisorEffectively leverage the network to assist in sales cycle developmentMaintains a positive relationship with the customer; ensures that there is also a positive relationship with store personnelQualifications: Previous related sales experience is preferredKnowledge of the Bodyshop/Automotive industry would be considered an assetAn understanding of the PPG paint system and allied products would be considered an assetSuperior customer service skills, both on the phone and in-personKnowledge of automotive systems and mechanical repairProficient knowledge of basic computer functions as well as Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint)Ability to work as part of the Lordco teamKnowledge of workplace safety procedures and the ability to adhere to the Lordco Occupational Health and Safety program At Lordco Auto Parts, we are committed to fostering a culture that celebrates diversity, promotes equity, and prioritizes inclusion in every aspect of our organization.
