End User Engineering Specialist – Microsoft Intune SCCM FocusPositions Available: 2 Permanent RolesAdvance your IT career supporting application deployments and vulnerability management within a large enterprise environment. Join an experienced, collaborative team committed to innovation and continuous improvement in end-user computing services.Role OverviewDesign, implement, and operate enterprise desktop environments using SCCM, Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and vulnerability/patch management.Provide advanced support, architect solutions, and liaise with vendors to ensure secure, compliant, and high-performing endpoints.Interface with the Information Security and business teams to drive vulnerability management and continuous service improvement initiatives.Lead development and manage AV and collaboration room technology.Work Schedule & EnvironmentHybrid role requiring 3 in-office days per week (days are flexible).Scheduled overtime for project implementation or patching (outside regular hours: evenings/weekends).Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with company performance bonus (expected 8%).15 vacation days (three weeks), seven sick days, and three personal days.Comprehensive benefits.Opportunities for training and cross-department skill development.AdvantagesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary with company performance bonus (expected 8%).15 vacation days (three weeks), seven sick days, and three personal days.Comprehensive benefits.Opportunities for training and cross-department skill development.Team & Culture12-member team split between endpoint and Office 365/Collaboration environments.Supportive culture with a mix of experienced professionals and emerging talent.Encouragement of cross-training, continuous learning, and skill-sharing.ResponsibilitiesKey ResponsibilitiesManage Microsoft Endpoint environment (SCCM, Intune) for architecture and security.Deploy and support vulnerability management solutions.Oversee and maintain client-facing Group Policy Objects.Manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and related solutions.Liaise with third-party vendors regarding end-user computing technology.Administer SCCM software delivery (Application Library, Software Center).Monitor systems for uptime and performance; optimize for maximum results.Participate as SME in major incident management.Provide scheduled after-hours support (no on-call requirement).Work independently on projects and contribute as a team member.QualificationsCandidate ProfilePost-secondary education in computer science or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.Advanced Microsoft certifications (365/Mobility/Security) preferred.Minimum 7 years supporting and administering Microsoft environments.5+ years with Office 365 administration, SCCM, Intune, Windows/Mac platform, Jamf, and virtual desktops.Experience in advanced AV and collaboration technologies.Strong PowerShell, security technologies, and customer service skills.Proven ability to motivate, lead, and thrive in a collaborative, evolving environment.Background in financial services advantageous.Eligibility to work in Canada required (citizen, permanent resident, or open work permit).SummaryApply today for immediate consideration .
