Title: UAT Lead Location: Toronto, ON/Remote Duration: 12+ Months Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 12 years of experience in Software Testing within the Financial Services Industry, including Salesforce project testing Strong experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for banking products, especially cards, lending, and regulatory initiatives Proven ability to lead UAT teams, manage cross-functional coordination, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders Demonstrated expertise in defect management, traceability, and risk-based testing approaches Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, ALM, or Zephyr Education Level – Bachelor’s Degree is mandatory in the field of Computer Science Preferred Skills & Qualifications Finance Certification (e.g., CPA, CFA, or equivalent financial/banking certification) Prior experience in large-scale digital transformation or Salesforce CRM implementations Understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks such as OSFI, PCI-DSS, or SOX Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead and manage the full lifecycle of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple financial systems and Salesforce platforms Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and QA teams to define UAT strategy, scope, and acceptance criteria Oversee the preparation and execution of UAT test plans, test cases, and test data, ensuring comprehensive business process coverage Manage defect triage, resolution tracking, and overall test governance, ensuring timely and quality delivery Coordinate UAT activities across multiple teams and projects, including cards, lending, payments, and regulatory programs Conduct test readiness reviews, progress reporting, and stakeholder sign-offs for go-live readiness Provide mentorship and guidance to junior testers and business users participating in UAT cycles Collaborate with automation teams to enhance UAT efficiency using automation frameworks and tools where applicable Ensure compliance with organizational testing standards, methodologies, and audit requirements Company Benefits & Culture Inclusive and diverse work environment Opportunities for professional growth and development Comprehensive benefits package For immediate consideration please click APPLY
