Role & Responsibilities:

- UAT Lead with solid experience in managing large project, worked with end users and business users, Developer, Various vendors for coordination, integration team, testers.
- Lead UAT activities including but not limited to planning, execution, defect management, status reporting, summary reporting.
- Work with Business Delivery Leads to identify business, training, and testing impact, sequence testing (string testing), and assist in identifying what data/ infrastructure is necessary to test.
- Must have exposure to different clouds/modules of Salesforce.
- Salesforce testing is a must.
- Document UAT approach
- Create and manage a UAT plan for each UAT event.
- Coordinate, assist and execute UAT scripts.
- Orient test participants on the UAT execution, problem reporting and resolution processes.
- Manages central repository of UAT documents, scripts, and materials.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, mitigations, and action items to closure, as they pertain to UAT.
- Identify the data for testing, analyse the tests results & reporting on metrics.
- Lead and manage quality focused UAT test execution events, in alignment with UAT entry/exit criteria, timeline, budgetary and resourcing constraints.
