Overview Fountain Tire Kelowna, an established automotive repair shop, is looking for a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales RepresentativeAt Fountain Tire, our associates are our number one asset. As a vital member of our team, you will get to enjoy some great benefits:What is in it for you?Competitive compensation: $50,000 to $60,000 per year PLUS bonusesComprehensive health, dental, and vision benefit programs for you and your family, including an RRSP program with company matchingWe will develop your skills and certifications with our excellent training program & opportunity for advancementThe opportunity to work with an excellent team and great customersRegular day shiftsGreat discounts for you and your family on tires, parts and mechanical servicesPrimary Responsibilities:Creating work orders and arranging bookings and communicating them to the techniciansProvide service quotes and receive customer authorization for work to be performed on vehicles, finalize sales, and complete customer follow up.Provide proactive calls to customers to determine their satisfaction level with the service they have receivedRecommend tire service, specialty tire service, wheel and mechanical service to customersEnsure that all products are billed accurately to the customer and process all necessary information in the computer system.Keep promotional material updated in the showroom.Participate in all safety initiatives, as required or assigned, to guarantee safety at Fountain Tire including customers and staff, on the road, site or field.Complete assigned e-learning and safety courses and adhering to standards and policies as described in learning modules.Assist in inventory management through documentation processes and annual inventory countsWhat does it take to get on track?Experience in the automotive repair industry or tire industry is an assetEffective listening skills with the ability to identify customer needs and provide recommendationsWorking knowledge of passenger, light truck and, specialty tires and mechanical servicesMust possess a valid driver’s license and be able to provide a satisfactory passenger or commercial Driver’s AbstractExcellent customer service and a great attitude are a mustA team player who takes pride in their workAt Fountain Tire, you’d have a great place to work Market leading wages, a manager with a large support network, and the chance to learn and grow.
