(previous experience an advantage)Ability to work autonomously and within a multi-disciplinary team.Current, full Australian driver's license.Full time permanent or part time permanent availability.The role:Support the physical, functional and cognitive abilities of our clients, with the aim of increasing mobility and reducing falls risks. Provide a wide variety of services, including ADL assessments and equipment prescriptions, home modification recommendations, and intervention services. Service clients with a diverse range of health needs, including chronic health conditions such as cardiovascular disease, musculoskeletal disorders, diabetes and dementia.
