We are looking for an experienced therapist who is passionate about children's development, thrives in collaborative settings, and is ready to mentor, innovate, and shape programs that make a real difference. What You'll Do
• Deliver high-quality pediatric OT services in community settings;
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of occupational therapists;
• Collaborate with families, schools, and partners for holistic care
• Drive program development and clinical excellence
What You Bring
• Licensed OT (Ontario/Quebec eligibility)
• 3–5+ years pediatric OT experience
• Leadership and mentorship skills
• Bilingual (English/French)
• Passion, initiative, and commitment to excellence
