Our Desjardins Insurance Agency located in Markham, Ontario is currently expanding and seeking multiple highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Insurance Account Representative. Responsibility: Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification. Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals Requirements: Compassionate Accountable OTL license (must have before starting the position) Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening Basic Microsoft Office skills Must be fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English Compensation: Base salary: $50,000 group bonus Life and living benefit up to $200/month after probation Health Benefits Paid vacation   These positions are with an independent contractor agent that is part of the Desjardins exclusive agent network, not with Desjardins Group or its subsidiaries.
