Powered by passionate people, we bring the right teams with the right skills together to turn problems into solutions and challenges into moments of ingenuity.As an Exterior Cleaner, you will ensure the over-all cleanliness of the exterior areas of CrossIron Mills Mall. This full time shift is 5:00AM - 1:00PM. Your work will include:Sweep cigarette butts and litters, pine cones, leaves etc.Clearing Garbage - left garbage of the tenants along the compactors.Remove garbage and wipe down garbage binsOperate various equipment (sweeper, blower, etc.)Remove stickers and graffiti if neededReport maintenance issuesRemove Pallets along the corridors and put into proper disposal.Attend all required health and safety training and use PPE where indicatedCan communicate English with the client.WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?Be part of an industry that's more important than everCareer advancement opportunities.Whereas other companies are downsizing, we are growingBe #1 on day 1 by joining an industry leader.QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?Must be able to work outside in different weather conditionsAble to communicate with supervisor, Client and general publicAble to work independently and as part of a teamPositive attitude and strong work ethicAble to lift up to 25 lbs.
