The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set in facilities maintenance and repair, demonstrating strong problem solving abilities and a commitment to customer service. You don't need to be proficient at all tasks as we are willing to train and give ample paid opportunity to learn as you go.

Responsibilities

  • Drywall repairs, painting and graffiti removal
  • Cabinetry, doors, locks and hinge repairs or replacement
  • Flooring tile repairs and replacement
  • Exterior painting, concrete and asphalt repairs
  • Water damage, restoration and repairs
  • If experienced, plumbing, electrical and welding
  • Metal, glass, plastic repairs
