Additionally, the CNDM will oversee the coordination and management of our network of independent restoration contractors, with a focus on attracting key national clients through strategic sales and marketing initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Cultivation of current target clients to expand revenue for Polygon Restoration and Climate Control services, technologies, and solutions. Support the research and identification of potential clients who align with Polygon Restoration's and Climate Control target markets and offerings. Develop and execute client opportunity strategies through various channels like networking, cold calling, social media, and attending industry events. Qualify ideal clients to assess their needs and suitability for Polygon Restoration and Climate Control solutions. Cultivate relationships with client stakeholders within regional, national and specialty (strategic) offices.Relationship Building:
Build rapport and trust with prospective clients through effective communication and active listening and qualifying needs and problems to align with Polygon Restoration and Climate Control Solutions. Understand their unique business challenges and needs to align Polygon Restoration and Climate Control value propositions and solutions. Cultivate and manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships and enterprise opportunities for pipeline and revenue growth. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and decision-makers. Negotiate complex deals and contracts to secure new clients and retain existing ones. Ensure client satisfaction and manage account growth strategies. Identify opportunities for growth and offer solutions that align with the client's goals.Network Development:
Develop and implement strategies to recruit and onboard independent restoration contractors into the service and support network. Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing contractors, providing support, guidance, and training as needed. Identify and pursue opportunities to attract national clients through targeted sales and marketing efforts. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, presentations, and campaigns to showcase the network's capabilities to potential clients along with value to the network for growth and value creation. Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, lead generation, and client presentations, to secure new business opportunities for both Polygon Restoraiton and Climate Control and the Network partner. Monitor contractor performance and compliance with company standards, ensuring quality of work and adherence to service level agreements. Analyze sales and marketing data to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies. Provide regular reports and updates to management on network performance, sales pipeline, and client relationships.Events, Sales Presentations and Proposals:
Demonstrated ability to be highlighted during events and in articles as a value driver for Polygon Restoration and Climate Control Solutions. Develop compelling presentations and proposals that highlight Polygon Restoration and Climate Control Solutions value proposition and address client needs. Deliver effective sales presentations that engage the audience and answer their questions confidently. Negotiate opportunities to secure deals that benefit both Polygon Restoration and Climate Control, and the client. Work towards becoming a voice and subject matter expert to deliver the value proposition differentiating Polygon Restoration from competition.Market Research and Analysis:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies. Conduct market research to identify new growth opportunities and potential client segments. Analyze sales data to measure performance, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with Country President to adjust strategies accordingly.REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of experience in relevant management and "solution sales", preferably in the restoration industry. Proven track record of building and managing successful book of business and driving sales growth. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Experience developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies. Knowledge of restoration industry regulations, standards, and best practices. Ability to travel as needed to meet with contractors, attend industry events, and meet with potential clients. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and sales and marketing software. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Certification in project management or related field is a plus.
