And if that’s you we would love to have you join usJob DescriptionWe are looking for an Account Receivable Coordinator to help take our explosive growth to a new level. You will help perform activities relating to accounts receivable and will be responsible for credit card billings, general customer collections, and responsibilities assigned to support the Finance team. You will report to our Team Lead, Accounts Receivable.Your Responsibilities:Perform collections of outstanding Accounts Receivable balancesPrepare daily deposits, apply payments to client accounts, perform reconciliations of cash applied to the bank depositsPerform investigation and analysis of member/client accounts to resolve billing/subscription issues and processes necessary adjustments to invoicesCommunicate with customers to resolve regular, invoicing, and collection issuesMaintain client filesPerform AR related account reconciliations and other month-end close processesHelp fill out new suppliers set up formsPerform special projectsThe Essentials - You Will Have:Secondary school diploma or CAECThe Preferred - You Might Also Have:1+ years of experience in an Accounts Receivable or collections roleStrong knowledge of accounting and accounts receivable processes and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communications skillsKnowledge of MS Office (Word, Advanced Excel)Experience with Netsuite and SalesforceWhat We Offer:Health Insurance including Medical and DentalHealth Care Spending Account (HCSA – dependent on the plan chosen)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Retirement plansPaid Time offVolunteering Time offEmployer Savings Plan Matching (includes RRSP, TFSA, and EPSP)Employer Paid DC PensionMaternity and Parental Leave Top-UpFitness Reimbursement ProgramFlexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.This position is part of a job family.
