If you have experience managing the full accounting cycle, have worked in a public company, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this opportunity could be the perfect fit for youAdvantages- 35 hour workweek with flexible hours- 3 weeks vacation- Hybrid work mode (Tuesdays and Thursdays from home)- On-site gym for your well-being- Health, dental and vision insuranceResponsibilities- Managing the full accounting cycle for a property portfolio.- Preparing and analyzing financial statements and management reports.- Overseeing cash management to maintain optimal balances.- Handling year-end tenant reconciliations for realty tax and CAM billings.- Assisting in budget preparation in collaboration with other departments.- Communicating with external stakeholders and providing financial insights.Qualifications- A college or University Degree in financial accounting or related- 5+ years of experience in reat estate - Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and financial reporting.- Excel skills- Bilingual (international exposure)- Attention to detail, autonomy and a passion for accuracy.SummaryDoes this Property Accountant position catch your interest?
