Required Professional Designation/Certificate: Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario in the Extended Class without restrictions.Post-graduate certificate and experience in palliative care an asset (e.g., Certificate in Hospice Palliative Care Nursing Canada [CHPCN(C)]).Completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner program.
