We have a Full Time position available for an experienced Shipper Receiver/Sales Trainee to join our Milton operation. Responsibilities Preparing orders for shipments to customersInspect truck to make sure that it is safe to operate and fill out the inspection sheet pre-trip; report any infractions to managementDrive the truck in a safe manner to various locations as instructedEnsure that each load that is being transported is safely securedClean the truck at the end of each trip/shiftLoading/unloading shipments using forkliftWork with product and train on answering phones for customer requestsOrganization of warehouse areaHeavy lifting up to 50 lbs requiredPerform various warehouse duties as instructed by managementEducation and/or Experience: High school diploma or equivalentValid drivers license with clean abstract1 – 2 years experience in warehouse shipping/receivingForklift certification an asset  Other Skills & Abilities Intermediate skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsSelf directed, resourceful, motivated and results orientedStrong attention to detailExcellent organizational skills Adaptable, flexible and able to work well under pressureAbility to work independently or in a teamFamiliarity with agricultural, mining and/or manufacturing industries and experience with rims/wheels an assetMust have own transportation – not on a bus route BenefitsAdvancement Opportunities Great company cultureFamily owned with Family values RRSP ProgramPerformance Incentive Program Competitive wages Company paid events Gift cards Extended health coverage Dental & Vision care Travel Medical insurance Employee assistance programLife Insurance / Accidental Death
