We take pride in designing and manufacturing exceptional furniture while offering a work environment where employees can truly thrive.We are currently seeking a Kitchen Assistant whose primary responsibility will be to support the daily operations of the cafeteria and provide excellent customer service.What You Will DoSet up the cafeteria on a daily basis;Prepare and assemble simple dishes and snacks;Bake pastries and muffins;Prepare breakfast sandwiches and healthy snacks;Handle cash register transactions;Stock the service area (coffee, utensils, trays, beverages, confectionery, and other products);Assist with receiving and organizing orders;Perform dishwashing duties;Carry out other related tasks as required.What You BringA proven commitment to excellence in customer service;Strong team spirit and a passion for food service;A positive attitude and strong organizational skills.RequirementsDiploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Cooking or a related field;6 months to 1 year of experience in a similar role;Experience handling cash register transactions (an asset);Schedule flexibility (Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 2:30/3:00 p.m., 32 to 35 hours per week).Why Join Foliot?Be part of something bigger—a people-focused, committed, and innovative team where everyone matters and contributes to meaningful projects in a modern, stimulating, and collaborative environment.
