Interpret and document all test results, calculations and observations and completes report summaries, as per analyticaland techniques.14. Work as an effective team member to meet departmental goals, sharing knowledge with team members.15. Perform general maintenance and calibration of laboratory equipment, according to the Lab’s established calibration program.16. Maintain compliance to all health and safety standards and regulatory requirements including but not limited to Lock-out/Tag-out, Confined Space entry, use and care of fall arrest equipment, handling/storage of drums and spill management.17. Responsible and accountable for compliance with all aspects of the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act, as well as Health andSafety policies.18. Provides technical troubleshooting support or training to other team members where appropriate.19. Initiate changes for test procedures and testing specifications.20. Perform, record, and manage QC results for incoming raw materials and finished goods.21. Keep instruments running at their optimum performance throughproactive preventive maintenance22.
