What You'll Do

As a Residential Plumbing Service Technician, you'll be the face of My Calgary Plumber, responsible for providing top-tier service to our customers. Your role includes:

• Diagnosing & repairing residential plumbing issues (leaks, clogs, water heaters, sump pumps, etc.).
• Installing & servicing plumbing fixtures (sinks, toilets, dishwashers, garbage disposals, etc.).
• Educating homeowners on their plumbing systems and offering solutions.
• Upselling maintenance plans to ensure long-term client relationships.
• Ensuring a 5-star customer experience by keeping workspaces clean and explaining work performed.
• Using technology (iPad & ServiceTitan) to document jobs, estimates, and invoices.
• Driving a company vehicle, keeping it stocked, clean, and organized.
• Attending team meetings & training to stay sharp and improve your skills.
• Following all safety procedures and ensuring compliance with local codes.

What We're Looking For

A journeyman or 3rd/4th year plumber.

Great communication & sales skills – ability to explain issues & recommend solutions.

A strong work ethic – reliability, professionalism, and a can-do attitude.

A valid driver's license with a clean record.

The ability to work independently & problem-solve on-site.

Experience with ServiceTitan or similar software is a plus.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Ability to climb ladders and work in tight spaces.
• Comfortable working indoors & outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Able to work more than 40 hours per week as needed (optional overtime available).
