We're looking for an In-field Customer Service Representative who embodies excellence and enthusiasm, ready to be the bridge between our innovative marketing solutions and our valued customers.
The ideal hire is someone personable, driven, and ready to make an impact.
In this customer service and sales role, you will build genuine relationships, present tailored solutions confidently, and engage in problem-solving to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
In-field Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Build authentic relationships that translate to long-term client satisfaction and loyalty.
Present customized solutions with clarity and confidence, showcasing our commitment to understanding clients' unique needs.
Engage in active problem-solving to elevate the customer experience and encourage repeat business.
Work independently to manage your schedule and meet sales targets.
Conduct face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations in various outdoor and field settings.
Travel locally to engage with clients and prospective customers in their environment.
Represent the company with professionalism and a strong commitment to excellence during field visits and public interactions.
