Job Title: Salesforce QA Lead – Wealth Management Location: Toronto, Ontario Duration: 6 months+ Description We are seeking a skilled individual to join our team as an analyst in the Information Technology sector. The ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of the Canadian finance domain and be adept at working with legacy systems and modern collaboration tools. Required Skills & Qualifications Extensive working experience in testing applications based on legacy mainframe, thick client systems, Oracle, PLSQL, and FileNet Applications. At least 3-4 years of Canadian finance domain QA experience. Proficiency in using collaboration tools like Teams, Confluence, and Jira. Ability to write complex queries for data validation or test data setup. Experience in integration and database testing, including SOQL queries. Experience in leading and managing a QA team of 5-7 members in an offshore-onshore operating model. Strong individual contributor with excellent communication skills and effective collaboration with customers and stakeholders. Preferred Skills & Qualifications Knowledge in Salesforce and BFS: Wealth Management - Wealth and Asset Management domain. Understanding of trading and funds lifecycle processes. Experience with RBroker, thick client, and client systems. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Collaborate with team members to ensure quality assurance in the finance domain. Lead testing initiatives for various applications and systems. Communicate effectively with stakeholders to deliver optimal solutions.
