We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Lead to join our client, Banking client, to lead quality assurance efforts across Salesforce projects. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platforms and hands-on experience in functional, automation, and integration testing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end QA activities for Salesforce projects, including planning, strategy, execution, and reporting.
  • Review business requirements, functional specifications, and technical documentation to create comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing across Salesforce modules (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud, etc.).
  • Oversee and implement automation testing using tools such as Selenium, Jira, Copado, Provar, or equivalent.
  • Work closely with developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Coordinate defect management, tracking, and resolution using Jira or similar tools.
  • Ensure QA processes align with Agile methodology and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Mentor team members and lead daily standups, test planning, and QA ceremonies.
  • Prepare and present QA reports and quality metrics to leadership and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of QA experience with at least 4+ years specifically in Salesforce testing.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience/)
  • Hands-on experience with test automation tools (Copado, Provar, Selenium, or any QA automation framework).
  • Knowledge of APIs and integration testing (Postman, SOAP UI, MuleSoft experience is a plus).
  • Strong working experience in Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (QA or Admin) are an asset.

Nice to Have

  • Banking or financial domain experience.
  • Experience with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, Git, Jenkins, etc.).
  • Experience leading offshore QA teams.

Job Type: Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
