Responsibilities Minimum 4-5+ yrs experience in Salesforce CRM functional testing with Leads, Prospects, Objects, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders, Service entities, Reports Experience in Salesforce permissions, features, queues Worked on Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Classic & Lightning Salesforce, AWS Connect, Call Center testing Experience in legacy web and mobile app testing Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up testdata, SQL queries & Oracle DB Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, testing artifacts, QA best practices Perform risk assessment analysis and provide recommendations for improvement Extensive experience interacting with project stakeholders, business teams, vendors and raising timely risks/reporting Experience in working in an agile methodology Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, and functional testing based on industry best practices (e.g., Jira and Confluence) Very good communication skills, proactive and quick learner, and worked as an individual contributor Wealth and asset management domain knowledge Salesforce development or Salesforce automation experience Experience in automation testing using Perfecto, AccelQ or PowerAutomate Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Contract Job function IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
