We believe success is achieved by putting our 3 Core Values into practice: · Can Do Attitude · Get It Done Right· Win as a Team What We Offer · Competitive Wages· Excellent Health and Dental Benefit Plan· RRSP and Profit-Sharing Program· Career Advancement Opportunities· Tuition Reimbursement· Casual Dress Code· On-Site Parking· Employee Referral Program What You Will Do · Train Emergency Technicians on job execution, ensuring correct procedures are followed, including the proper use of Encircle· Oversee the correct operation of mitigation equipment such as dehumidifiers, air movers, and other restoration tools· Ensure timely completion of all projects, meeting or exceeding company standards· Offer constructive feedback and create opportunities for team development· Ensure adherence to safety protocols to protects employees and clients· Regularly inspect projects and conduct quality assurance checks to ensure satisfaction· Provide continuous training for team members to keep their skills up to date· Offer back up support to the Emergency Manager when needed What You Have · 3 + years of experience in the restoration industry (preferred)· Water Restoration Technician Certification (preferred)· Strong leadership and people management skills· Clean Criminal Record Check· Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with a clean driving record· Experience driving and parking a panel van and cube truck· Ability to lift industrial fans (30-40 lbs)· Ability to load/unload wheeled industrial dehumidifiers (75-100 lbs)· Knowledge of construction and basic building materials· Effective communication skills in English· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision By joining ServiceMaster Restore, you'll be part of an industry leading company that has been in Canada for more than 65 years with locations from coast to coast.
