The ideal candidate will have a passion for data, a deep understanding of HR metrics, and hands-on experience with Workday reporting tools, security, and HCM domain knowledge.Who you are: Service – You put your clients’ needs first. You proactively encourage collaboration, build trust and inclusion, and work to establish effective relationships both inside and outside of the organizationWhat your day looks like:Design, develop, maintain, and optimize custom employee data reports, calculated fields, dashboards, and discovery boards within Workday and related toolsPartner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate business needs into customized technical reporting solutions and actionable insightsAct as the first point of contact for all HR reporting inquiries and ad-hoc reporting requests, providing data analysis to guide strategic HR decisionsDeliver and maintain enterprise-wide self-service dashboards and scheduled reporting Monitor and improve reporting processes, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency to elevate data analyticsSupport audit activities by conducting data validation to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all HR systemsCreate and utilize EIBs to support mass data updates, ensuring data qualitySupport basic configuration activities, including maintaining business processes, validation rules, conditions, and alertsMaintain documentation of reporting processes, data definitions, and report cataloguesStay current with Workday updates and industry best practices to continuously improve reporting/analytics knowledge and capabilitiesSupport HR Systems team with requests and maintenance on a day-to-day basis and for special projects RequirementsYour experience and skills:Post-secondary degree/diploma in computer science, human resources, data analytics, information systems management, or related disciplinesMinimum 3 years of progressive experience with HR reporting and data analytics within WorkdayAdvanced proficiency in Workday reporting (advanced, matrix, trending, and composite reports), calculated fields, dashboards, and discovery boardsSolid foundation in Workday security and configuration, especially as it relates to report design and access Proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Advanced Reports, and DashboardsStrong understanding of HR strategy and systems across all areas of HR, and experience with HR metrics such as turnover, headcount, DEIB, and workforce planningProven experience with creating, maintaining, and launching EIBs to support mass data updatesAdvanced knowledge of Excel functionsAdvanced attention to detail and commitment to data accuracyWorkday Pro HCM Reporting Certification would be an assetExperience with data visualization tools ( Power BI) would be an assetProven ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities, while delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced environmentStrong collaboration and communication skills with a passion for providing exceptional client service and a focus on the end-user experienceSolid analytical and critical thinking skills including the demonstrated ability to navigate and optimize complex systems, workflows, and data-driven processesDemonstrated ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive information with familiarity with data privacy and compliance standards ( PIPEDA)Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French would be an assetBenefitsWhy Aviso?At Aviso, you will find a dynamic and inclusive culture that rewards innovation and celebrates success.
