Program Coordinator & Connector - NORC (Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities)Contract Duration: 7 Months| Full time - 35 hours per week | Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)We are currently seeking a passionate and community-minded NORC Program Coordinator & Connector to support the implementation and delivery of CHATS’ Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities (NORC) framework.The Role:Reporting to Client Services Manager of Community Programs & Volunteers, you will be responsible to coordinate the implementation and delivery of CHATS’ Naturally Occurring Retirement Communities (NORC) framework. This includes providing direct front-line Connector services to residents at designated sites. This role involves developing and managing both internal and external service delivery partnerships that align with the NORC framework and address the expressed needs of participants. A key focus of the position is to foster meaningful resident engagement and community involvement.Full-time position - 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. with occasional work outside of business hours. Travel required within York Region & South SimcoeKey responsibilities of the position:To provide coordination of CHATS NORC activities with the goal of ensuring efficient and effective implementation of the NORC Framework at identified sites and in collaboration with existing programs and community partners.To create a comprehensive engagement strategy that results in strong relationships with residents, families and community partners and ensures a collaborative approach to service delivery.
