PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Management Have an understanding of Estimating and the use of Industry specific software – Xactimate is a must Perform Site inspections, including the Emergency Phase; Ensure the preparation of accurate quotations through job costing and estimates; Some availability to respond to 24 hour emergency restoration and mitigation calls; Project Accounting & Financing Management Manage project budget/estimate; Ensure timely and accurate invoicing and monitor receivables for each project; KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & ABILITY REQUIRMENTS Knowledge Experience using Xactimate, MS Outlook, Word & Excel; Skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; Strong customer service skills; Decision making skills; Effective multitasking skills; Abilities Demonstrate sound work ethics; Be flexible, adaptable and able to work effectively in a variety of settings and as a member of a team. *Must have clean driving record and agree to criminal record check Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour By joining ServiceMaster Restore, you'll be part of an industry leading company that has been in Canada for more than 65 years with locations from coast to coast.
