We look forward to hearing from you. Looking to get the most out of your upcoming internship? Hatch is seeking a highly motivated Architectural Student for a four (4) months term in our Mississauga location starting in May 2026. During this time, the student will work closely with professionals at all levels of the company including Architects, Engineers, Intern Architects, Technologists, and Interior Designers. The student will support the team on various projects globally, whilst gaining valuable experience to advance your education and career.   What Will a Career at Hatch Offer You  You will: Be given opportunities to contribute to complex projects around the world in meaningful ways Work on problems and gain experience relevant to your field of study in an office environment Collaborate with diverse teams locally and globally Work in an exciting environment where you can apply your academic learning on a daily basis Benefit from formal and informal mentorship from some of the leading minds and authorities in the industry Participate in local Lunch and Learns, the Student Showcase, hatch Social Events and more to develop your skills Join in charitable, social, and sports activities with other Hatch employees    As the successful candidate, you will: Assist in the production of deliverables to illustrate conceptual, schematic, and detailed design including massing models, diagrams, isometrics, sketches, presentation material, brochures, etc. Assist with administrative tasks like setup lunch & learn sessions, organize sample libraries, perform CAD work for office standards, collect and organize reference information, etc.   You bring to the role:  Enrolled in an undergraduate or diploma program in Architecture at an accredited post-secondary institution. Produced presentation material including sketches, details, perspectives, diagrams, and similar graphic representation by hand and/or with design software (including Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint etc.) Worked with two-dimensional drafting software for production of drawings such as AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc. Has worked with BIM modelling software such as Revit, Civil3D, OpenBuildings, etc. Has knowledge of tridimensional modelling software such as SketchUp, 3Ds Max, FormIt, Vray, Lumion, etc. to produce massing models, renderings, and animations. Ability to learn new procedures, skills, software, and tools required to perform the work.    Competencies (knowledge, skill, attributes): Good understanding of architectural and business fundamentals as they apply to architectural problems and projects Ability to learn quickly and to take on new challenges Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Strong written and verbal communication skills Shows critical and creative thinking and problem solving, and brings forward solutions for our clients' toughest challenges Adapts and embraces change   Compensation:Range: $22.00 - $29.00 At Hatch, we are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. In accordance with legislated pay transparency requirements, the expected salary range for this position is based on current market data and aligned with internal pay structures to ensure consistency and fairness.Your individual compensation within this range will depend on factors such as skills, experience, qualifications and location.
