Job Title: Commercial Analyst - Deal Implementation & Support Location: Calgary, Alberta Contract Type: Full-Time (Hourly) Position Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Analyst – Deal Implementation & Support to join our Calgary-based team. In this role, you will support the delivery and execution of complex hydrocarbon commercial deals, including gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel agreements. You will work within a cross-functional team to develop pricing structures, manage deal implementation data, and optimize digital platforms such as SAP and SharePoint. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical skills with an understanding of commercial hydrocarbon markets and systems. Key Responsibilities: Deal Support & Implementation: Provide commercial and analytical support on a wide variety of hydrocarbon deals, including fuel-related agreements (gasoline, diesel, jet). Participate in deal execution and post-deal implementation activities alongside cross-functional teams. Pricing Structure Development: Create detailed pricing structures ( "price pages ") that align with SAP configuration and support the business's commercial strategy. Ensure pricing pages are consistent with contract terms and internal SAP references. SAP Data Management: Navigate SAP systems to access, extract, and analyze data relevant to hydrocarbon deals. Develop Excel-based summaries and reference sheets to aid business decision-making. Project Management & Commercial Coordination: Support project management workstreams, including assurance tracking and stakeholder coordination. Provide insights and recommendations through commercial analysis and structured reporting. SharePoint Optimization: Reimagine and restructure SharePoint libraries and workflows to improve usability, version control, and access for the Deal Implementation team. Analytical Support: Deliver financial models, analysis, and business insights to support more complex commercial decisions under the guidance of senior team members.
