The studio is built around talented architects and technologists who take pride in producing exceptional design and documentation.THE ROLEThe firm is seeking a Senior Architect (registration preferred but not essential) to lead projects and contribute strategically to the overall success of the firm. This role is for an architect who excels leading and managing projects post design phase, ensuring excellent technical execution and meeting client expectations and project deliverables.You’ll oversee diverse project types, both small and large, and manage project teams through delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the execution of projects, managing schedules, budgets, resource allocation and deliverables Oversee technical documentation, detailing, and construction administrationMultidisciplinary coordinationServe as primary liaison with clients, consultants, and regulatory authoritiesGuide and mentor junior and intermediate staff, fostering professional growthIdentify project challenges early and develop effective, timely solutionsContribute to studio-wide initiatives and represent the firm within the local design communityApply appropriate quality control and quality assessment standards to projectsProject Management through all phasesWHAT'S REQUIREDRegistered Architect with the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) or another association preferred 8+ years of professional experience, including leadership in project deliveryProven portfolio in commercial, mixed-use, or institutional architectureProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management toolsStrong leadership, communication, and client relationship skillsDemonstrated ability to balance design excellence with technical and deliveryPMP Designation an assetWHAT YOU GET IN RETURNA respected, design-focused studio with a strong legacy and ambitious futureA steady pipeline of exciting projectsCompetitive compensation and benefits aligned with market benchmarksFlexible hybrid work environment promoting work-life balanceOngoing professional development and leadership training opportunitiesGenuine opportunity to help shape the Calgary studio’s long-term visionWHAT TO DO NOWIf you’re ready to take a leadership role in a dynamic, design-driven practice, we’d love to connect.
