The Role Seeking a Senior Architect (registration preferred) to lead projects and contribute strategically. Responsible for leading and managing projects post design phase, ensuring excellent technical execution and meeting client expectations and deliverables. Key Responsibilities Lead the execution of projects, managing schedules, budgets, resource allocation and deliverables. Oversee technical documentation, detailing, and construction administration. Multidisciplinary coordination. Serve as primary liaison with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities. Guide and mentor junior and intermediate staff, fostering professional growth. Identify project challenges early and develop effective, timely solutions. Contribute to studio‑wide initiatives and represent the firm within the local design community. What’s Required Registered Architect with the Alberta Association of Architects (AAA) or another association preferred. 8+ years of professional experience, including leadership in project delivery. Proven portfolio in commercial, mixed‑use, or institutional architecture. Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and project management tools. Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Demonstrated ability to balance design excellence with technical and delivery rigor. PMP designation an asset.
